Pennsylvania Hearing Aid Disclosure Agreement

Section 505. Facilities and Procedures.-a) No registered hearing installer may use equipment and the sale of hearing aids unless it retains its head office to make equipment and facilities available as follows: Section 507. Recordings.-A filer keeps and keeps records in his office or head office at all times after the sale of a hearing aid, and each of these recordings is kept and held for a period of seven years. These records include: revisions to subsection (c) (1) require filers to break down and explain Part A of the disclosure/refund guarantee, taking into account the legal obligation to provide a full description of what includes the accommodation procedure or procedure, to break down and disclose the costs associated with the procedure or accommodation procedure, and the sale and supply of the hearing aid. The goal is to ensure that purchasers understand the services they pay for and that filers are required to cancel each service separately. Tax filers should be particularly assured of separating the services provided as part of the adaptation procedure from those related to the sale and supply of a hearing aid and which may occur after the actual provision of a hearing aid. This legal requirement is particularly important to understand that when a buyer cancels an order for a hearing aid prior to delivery, all funds paid for services not yet provided must be reimbursed. These services must therefore be broken down separately. Hearing aid – An instrument or portable device designed or proposed to support or compensate for impaired human hearing, with parts, tools or accessories for these instruments or devices, including ear shapes, but without batteries or cords. Section 305. Issuing the registration certificate.–The Secretary issues a registration certificate to all applicants who have met the requirements of this Act and who have paid the corresponding taxes. The hearing editor`s registration certificate cannot be issued to anyone other than an individual. In point r.c) (5), it is specified that a registrant may extend the monetary guarantee beyond 30 days if the registrant wishes and the 30-day period begins on the day of delivery of the hearing aid.

Subsection c) (6) expressly instructs the registrant to provide the customer with a copy of the disclosure agreement after full completion, with the exception of the serial number of the hearing aid and the block that deals with the date and time of delivery. (2) Additional pricing and the publication of all fees related to the accommodation procedure and the sale and supply of a hearing aid or similar device, including the cancellation fee authorized by this Act.
